Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Books: Books ordered through raisednotreached.com are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partners. Please allow 5-12 business days for delivery within the United States after processing.

Merchandise: All merchandise (shirts, hoodies, hats, and accessories) is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Please allow 5-14 business days for delivery within the United States after processing. Made-to-order items may take slightly longer during high-demand periods.

International Shipping: We do ship internationally. International orders may take 10-25 business days for delivery depending on location. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Tracking: Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Raised Not Reached Productions is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier after shipment. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly. If your package has not arrived within 21 business days of shipment, contact us at [your email] and we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.

Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Raised Not Reached Productions is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping to a corrected address may require an additional charge.
